Catalogue, track and sell your Pokémon cards. Entirely offline.
Tom's Card Manager is a free Pokémon TCG collection and inventory manager for Windows. The full English card catalogue is built in — you just mark which cards you hold, at what price, condition and variant. Track a separate personal collection with wishlist and trade lists, record your sales, and generate a self-contained store page you upload to your own website. No account, no cloud, no telemetry. Your data never leaves your PC.
What it does
Built for collectors and small sellers who want a proper desk tool for their cards — not a spreadsheet, and not a website that owns their data.
The whole catalogue, built in
Over 20,000 English Pokémon cards across 174 sets ship with the app, so you never hand-type card names, numbers or sets. One click adds any new sets as they release.
Mark your stock in seconds
Pick a card, choose the variant and condition, set quantity, price and a storage location. Standard, Holo and Reverse Holo are each tracked separately, with prices per condition.
Generate your own store page
Produce a self-contained, searchable HTML store page of your in-stock cards and upload it to your own website. Static files only — no server, no database, no monthly fee.
Sales ledger & reports
Every sale is recorded, so your stock stays accurate and you keep a history. One-click HTML sales reports with totals, channels and period presets. Undo a sale or a whole batch.
Collection mode
Keep your personal collection separate from your sale stock — same cards, independent quantities. Move a card to your sale list in one click when you decide to part with it.
Wishlist, trades & set completion
Flag cards you want or are happy to trade, then produce clean HTML Wishlist, Trade-list and Set-completion reports — the last showing exactly how close each set is, secret rares included.
eBay price checks
Check the going rate for the selected card with a one-click eBay search, tuned to your region and to live or completed listings — so you price with real numbers, not guesswork.
Private by design
Everything lives in one SQLite file on your machine. No accounts, no analytics, no telemetry. The only network traffic is the catalogue update and eBay search you explicitly trigger.
Backups you control
One-click timestamped backups, plus automatic safety copies before risky operations. Your whole collection is a single file you can copy anywhere — a drive, a USB stick, the cloud.
How it works
Four steps from a fresh download to a live store page. Do as much or as little as you need.
Open
Unzip and run — no installer. The full card catalogue is already loaded, so you land straight on 20,000+ cards ready to mark.
Mark
Find a card, tick off what you own — variant, condition, quantity, price, location. Filters and search get you to any card in seconds.
Publish
Set your store name and details once, then Generate a self-contained store page and upload it to your website. Regenerate to update it.
Track
Record sales as they happen, run reports, and keep your personal collection, wishlist and trade lists up to date alongside your stock.
